Terrace of houses. 1912 - Horace Field, Simmonds and Faulkner. Portland stone.
Roof not visible. 4 storeys, basement and dormers. 2 centre houses of 4 windows wide;
others of 3 windows wide. Symmetrical composition, end three bays to each side project
slightly with pediments above second floor. Channelling to ground floor. Steps to
entrances. Round headed doorways (square to pavilions) and ground floor windows.
Panelled doors except to centre door which is wrought iron. First and second storeys
recessed slightly with 4 two storey projecting concave sided bay windows linking ground
and third floors. Square headed architraved sashed windows, almost flush frames,
glazing bars, pedimented to central first floor pavilion windows. Central cartouche
to second floor. Third floor windows without architraves. Cornice and balustraded
parapet. Square headed dormers, prominent stone corniced chimneys to party walls.
Wrought-iron railings.
