Terrace.1876 on plaque. By Austin and Roland Plumbe for Queen's Park Estate of
the Artisans, Labourers and General Dwellings Company. Yellow brick with red
brick dressings. Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, each house 2 bays. Free Gothic
Style. Gabled porches on corbels contain paired entrances with half-glazed
doors. Ceramic date plaque to gables, with maker's stamp (Charles Bastin Union
Pottery Lambeth) to end house. Paired sashes with dividing colonette and painted
lintels. Above mainly sashes. Moulded brick eaves course. C19 shop front to No
167 with incised pilasters between plate glass windows. The terrace forms part
of the main street of the Estate.
