Dated circa 1909. Architect Geoffrey Lucas. A quadrangular close of 2 storeys in
a quasi Tudor style. Canted bays supporting gables. Doors with moulded hoods.
Roughcast plaster finish. A centre feature at back of quadrangle in brick, with
shaped gable and 2 supporting stacks. Small paned wood casements quiet but nice.
