Dairy. 1883. Designed by Frederick Chancellor. Red brick plain tiled double
pyramid roof to eaves. Double square plan with splayed corners. Central cambered
headed entrance,half glazed double doors. Cambered windows. Roof supported above
splayed corners upon ornate timber brackets. Roof with timber lantern with tiled
crown to each pyramid. Decorative tile work to interior. Integral part of the
Express Dairy Company's pioneering model farm.
