House. Mid C18 with later additions and alterations. Brick under plain clay tile roof, painted stone sills. Three ridge stacks with oversailing detail and pots.

Plan: simple rectangular, one room deep, later abutting wings at right-angles to give L-shaped plan. Asymmetric elevation. Single storey with attic. Four attic windows, three half dormers, one full dormer, all with two/two sashes. Further sash windows to ground-floor, six/six, eight/eight, and eight/twelve; all near-flush under cambered brick arches with sills. Five-panel door, bottom pair of panels flush-beaded, centre and upper panes raised and fielded, matching panelled reveals, moulded architrave, later gabled porch. Further C20 part-glazed door to extreme left of elevation.
