House. Dated 1847 in brickwork to entrance facade.
Reddish-orange brick in Flemish bond with purple brick diaper
patterning, ashlar quoins and window dressings, slate roof;
decorative clusters of 3 and 4 star-shaped stacks with pots to
left and rear. Cross-gabled, in Tudor Gothic style. 2 storeys
with attics to gables, one first-floor window to entrance
range, otherwise 1:1 first-floor windows. Quoins to angles;
coped gables. Entrance facade: ground floor has 2-light
mullion and transom window; first floor has casement window;
slit window in gable; all in quoined surrounds. Entrance at
right, panelled door in plain architrave with frieze and hood.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Good example of early Victorian Tudor
Gothic.

significant group forming the setting for Worcester Cathedral
(qv) to the north side.
