Tobacco Warehouse on South Side of Stanley Dock

A Grade II Listed Building in Kirkdale, Liverpool

The Tobacco Warehouse, Stanley Dock, Liverpool

Uploader's Comments

Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse is a grade II listing building and is the worlds largest brick warehouse building with 27 million bricks used in its construction! It was built in 1901 and stands 125 feet high. It has sadly fallen into disrepair (at the top of the building you can see where nature has begun to re-claim it!) although there are now plans to turn it into several hundred apartments complete with a garden courtyard. It would be a beautiful place to live!
