Office Building. 1830's. Stucco. 3 storeys and basement,
L-shaped of 16 bays, of which the western 11 form a
symmetrical composition around a 3-bay pedimented centre.
Channelled rustication to ground floor, sill bands and
cornice. Windows are tripartite with consoled cornice to
bays next the break and those 2 beyond. which flank
pilastered Doric door cases. All windows sashed with all
glazing bars. Above 1st floor windows to centre are words
"BARNED'S BUILDINGS" in large plain capitals.
