SK 8440-8540 ALLINGTON MAIN STREET (west aide)

G.V. II

House, late C18. Red brick, concrete tiled roof with brick gable stacks.
2 storeys and garret. 3 bay front with central doorway with C20 partially
glazed panelled door. Doorway flanked by single windows with 3 above all
with C20 casements with glazing bars. All the openings have segmental heads.
On east corners are large diagonal, stepped buttresses, each with a round
headed archway through the middle.
