Farmhouse. C15, mid C16, C17, C18, C20 alterations. Coursed
limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings. Collyweston
steeply pitched tall slate roof. Single gable and large central
wall stacks. T-plan. 2 storey, 4 irregular bay south front, the
bays advanced and separately gabled. Off-centre panelled double
doors to right, a 3 light mullioned window and a small fixed
light. To first floor a small 2 light leaded casement, beyond to
the right a 3 light casement, between them is a through eaves 4
light gabled dormer mullioned window, with moulded cornice. In
the left gable end is a pointed opening with chamfered reveal,
now with a C20 door. In the rear wall is the stub of a wall
stack and to the ground floor a 6 light mullioned window with
king mullion and cornice. Inside at the service end of the
former hall are 2 C15 ashlar arches with chamfered reveals and
hacked off strip mouldings. The clasped purlin roof over the
hall has some soot blackened timbers re-used in it. In the C17,
the hall was lined with oak wainscot in 4 tiers of vertical
panels with lying panel over them forming a frieze under a
