Cottage. Early C18 with C20 alterations. Squared coursed
limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, Collyweston
slate roof with 2 red brick gable stacks. L-plan. Single storey
plus attics, 3 bay front having central 4 panel door flanked by
single C20 top hung lights. All openings have ashlar lintels and
keystones. In the roof are 2 gabled dormers with top hung C20
lights and rendered cheeks. To the rear a brick range with
contemporary gable stack having raised brick coped gable.
