Public house of 1852. Coursed ironstone rubble, limestone and ironstone ashlar dressings, plain tiled roofs with coped gables with finials, with single central ridge chimney stack with coping. To the east a lower 2 storey range with irregular fenestration and plinth and quoins, with doorway with four centred arch, rectangular head and plank door. Single splayed 3 light bay window on high plinth to the left. Above are 2 narrow fixed light and casement windows. To west 2 storey 3 bay range with high plinth, first floor moulded cornice and eaves cornice and quoins. 2 lower 3 light mullion windows flank single fixed light. Above are 3 cross mullion windows.
