G.V. II*
Large barn, now machine store. C16. Squared limestone rubble
with ashlar quoins and dressings. Stone coped gables with
moulded ridge piece, slate roof. Single storey, single bay with
plinth and central blocked segmental headed opening with ashlar
surround. Vertical breather slots. At the other side a matching
wide archway, covered by C20 sliding doors. Interior. 5 main
bays of strutted queen post roof with arch-braced ties on stone
corbels. Double through purlins, with curved windbracing. A
similar form of roof to that on the nearby Old Rectory.
