Dated 1833, Architect George Basevi. "Perpendicular" 1-storey building in coursed
stone with stone slate roof with paired and single stone stacks. Parapet with
4 crenellations, each with buttress below. 3 gables with finials. Former doorways,
now windows, under gables, with 4-centred heads with carved spandrels, each flanked
by rectangular-headed windows of 4 lights, all with moulded labels. The building
contains 6 dwellings. 2 gate piers with panels with cusped lancet heads, pyramidal
caps.
