Mid C19. 2 storeys in coursed rubble. Ashlar quoins and coping. Welsh slate
roof with crenellated cylindrical Tudor chimneys, 2 shallow rectangular 2-storey
bays under dripmould. Parapet. Gable with fleur-de-lys finial, 3-light mullion
window on top floor, 6-light on ground floor. 3 pointed lights to basement. Stone
porch to side containing 4-centred doorway. 6-Panel door with side lights under
rectanglar fanlight. 7 stone steps. Iron railings on stone walling. Rear wing,
set back, of 3 storeys. 3 windows, some blocked, double-hung sashes with glazing
bars. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Plain door.

Nos 1, 3 and Tivoli cottage form a group.
