Range of 2 cottages, formerly 3, and outbuilding. Early C19. Red brick
whitewashed in part, and Welsh slate roof with brick ridge and end stacks,
4 in all. Gable facing, front to left. 2 storeys of 6 2-light diamond lattice
horizontal sliding sash windows : ½ of one window a 2-pane replacement. On
ground floor, Woodbine Cottage, to left, has similar windows, glazed porch
and door and part-glazed door. Plumtree Cottage has 2 2-light casements and
central door. Cambered lintels to ground floor, Woodbine Cottages windows
also with hood moulds. 1 storey extension on left end with 2-light. 1st floor
diamond lattice 2-light on facing gable. To rear of Plumtree Cottage, bordering
street, the outbuilding of red brick with rubble stone plinth and Swithland
slate roof. 1 storey of a 2-light horizontal sliding sash window and doorway
with double doors. Cambered lintels.
