SK70 SE EAST NORTON CHURCH LANE (West Side)

GV II


House, formerly 2 dwellings. Largely late C18, possibly incorporating earlier
core in right hand bay. Coursed ironstone rubble with brick rear wing and
Welsh slate roof. 5-bays, with centrally placed doorway and 2-light casement
windows to each side of it on both floors. They are all wood mullioned casements
with stone keys and hoodmoulds. Between the 2 right-hand windows is a tiny
chamfered stone fire window, blocked. Ashlar gable and axial stacks.
