House. Dated 1702. Brick with stone angle quoins and sill band. Welsh slate
roof. 2 storeyed, 3 bays with central door in recently added porch. Flanking
windows are 3-light casements with transoms (2-lights over the doorway), with
gauged splayed brick heads. Coped gables with ball finials. Central stack
forming baffle entry. Small lean-to flanking lower bays with a single 2-light
casement window on each floor. Dated on a large stone over the doorway with
initials TG, and decorated with small rosettes. Garden wall is attached to
the house at one corner and forms a small enclosure in front of it. Brick
with stone copings. Central gate piers have wide urn-like finials and are
flanked by sections of wrought ironwork on low brick and stone plinth.
