Church of St Helen

A Grade II* Listed Building in Gumley, Leicestershire

Church of St Helen, Gumley

Uploader's Comments

South arcade, with double chamfering, usual in many local churches, extending down the piers, which is not. There is a small niche cut in the eastern respond, holding a figurine associated with the south aisle chapel. The piscina for the chapel can be seen under the window on the right. C19 bench pews.
