House. Late C18. Coursed and squared rubble, dressed flush quoins, moulded eaves cornice, hipped stone tile roof, 2 large brick stacks. "L"-plan symmetrical frontage. 2 storeys, 5 bays, 12-pane sash windows in plain stone surrounds,
moulded string at first floor level. Central door opening in a similar stone surround, moulded slab hood on cut stone brackets, 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed. A house of exceptionally fine proportions. Group value with adjacent
stables and gazebo (qv).
