Cottage. Probably C17 with some restoration. Rubble cut and squared with Ham stone dressings; plain clay tile roof,
coped gable to East end end brick chimney stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays. Chamfered mullioned windows with rectangular
leaded panes; 3-light with labels to ground floor, 2-light without labels above. Central C20 part-glazed entrance door
protected by timber and tiled porch. Interior not seen. Attached on West side to West Wells Cottage (qv).
