Cottage. Probably C18. Ham stone rubble, ashlar dressings; thatched roof with plain verges; brick end chimney stacks.
Single storey with attics, 2-bays. Modern buttress left of bay-1, then 3-light hollow chamfered mullioned window with
rectangular leaded panes, label over; central doorway with timber and thatched porch; 3-light C19 small-pane casement
window to bay-2, with similar windows above set into thatch. Tiled stone extension on South side. Interior not seen.
