Cottage. C17 with early C20 modifications. Local stone cut and squared, with Ham stone dressings : uneven plain clay
tiled roof between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2-storeys with attic, 3-bays. Hollow chamfered mullioned
windows with rectangular leaded panes to ground floor, of 4-lights to bay-1 and 3-lights to bay-3; central C20
half-glazed door under timber and hipped tile porch; to first floor 3-light leaded steel casement windows under exposed
timber lintels; central matching window in raked dormer, rooflight to bay-1. Mid C20 flat roofed extension on South
side. Interior not seen.
