Cottage. Late C18, on site of earlier building. Local stone rubble, Ham stone ashlar dressings; double Roman clay
tiles replacing thatch, East gable coped, with truncated stone chimney stack. 2-storeys, 2-bays. Casement windows,
that to ground floor early, with leaded lights, iron opening casement and exposed timber lintel: plain boarded floor
under wood lintel to bay-1. On West gable plain stone surround window in what may be a later extension, interior not
seen. From siting, could well have connections with the Manor House (qv).
