Detached farmhouse. C17 and C18. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; thatched roof between stepped coped gables
to main block; Welsh slate with stepped coped east gable to extension; brick and stone chimney stacks. Two storeys; 4
bays, of which bays 1 and 2 are a late C18 extension. Hollow- chamfered mullioned windows in chamfered recesses,
2-light bay 1 and 3-light bay 2, the lower with labels, having rectangular-leaded panes and iron-framed opening lights:
bays 3 and 4 have leaded casements, 4-light to first floor bay 3, the remainder 3-light, having iron-framed opening
lights, with timber lintels to lower windows. Between bays 3/4 a framed and boarded door on heavy frame, with timber
lintel. In east gable a small circular window with hood mould; in west gable a blocked 2-light mullioned window with
label. Lean-to extensions at rear. Interior not seen.
