Detached cottage. Late Cl8/early C19. Ham stone coursed rubble; double Roman clay tiled roof between stepped coped
gables, with evidence of raised flank walls suggesting former thatch; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays.
Leaded casement windows under timber lintels, with iron-framed opening lights, 3-light to outer bays and 2-light to
first floor centre bay. To bay 2 a projecting C20 plain gabled porch with part-glazed boarded door, up 3 steps.
Interior not seen. Included primarily for group value.
