Cottage. Mid C17. Local stone cut and squared, with Ham stone string
course to door and major ground floor windows; thatch between coped
gables with carved kneeler stone; brick end chimney stack. 2-storey,
4-bays. Boarded entrance door in heavy square frame to bay-3, with small
bell-hipped hood of C20 over; Bay-l has 2-light casement windows, the
remainder 3-light, all with exposed timber lintols, except upper window
bay-4, which is a 3-light plain chamfer mullioned window without hood.
Outshut to rear, modified by C20 flat roofed addition.
