Cottage, in row. C17 or earlier. Local lias stone cut and squared, with Ham stone dressings; clay pantile roof between
abutments; bick chimney stacks. Two storeys, single bay; below a hollow chamfered mullioned window, 3 light, with label
over, leaded panes; above a 3 light small pane casement of early pattern; to right a plain chamfered stone surround to
doorway, with deep stone lintol and C20 door. Interior not seen. Part of good group of small cottages in a street first
recorded in 1349. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1974).
