Detached farmhouse. Early C19. Ham stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney
stacks. Double roof plan. Two storeys, 5 bays. Casement windows of 2 lights, with leaded panes bays 1 to 3, no window
to upper bay 2; horizontal-bar casements bays 4 and 5; voussoired flat arches to plain openings; between bays 4 and 5 a
boarded door in heavy frame. C20 lean-to against west gable, with glazed door; against east gable a timber and
corrugated iron lean-to. Rear roof has double roman clay tiles. Interior not seen.
