Farmhouse. Early C19. Local stone rubble; Welsh slate roof with plain gables; brick end chimney stacks 2 storeys with
attics, 4 bays. 30-pane sash windows in plain openings with exposed timber lintels, bays 1 3 and 4, with 16-paned
sashes in flat roofed dormers to all bays; projecting 2-storey porch to bay 2 in red brick, flemish bond, very shallow
Welsh slate roof: C19 door in plain opening below and 30-paned sash window above. Inside very little changed, with
plain boarded doors, early C19 staircase, diagonal slatted door to game hanging room; all first floor partitions
planked with beaded edges. Unaltered vernacular building.
