Farmhouse. C17. Local stone coursed rubble; triple roll clay tile roof, parts with stone slate base courses, simple
gables; stone rubble chimney stacks. 'T' plan; 2 storeys, random fenestration to North elevation, which has 3 very
early timber framed windows, two chamfered, one with ovolo mould, but also C20 steel casements; C20 door and concrete
block porch. Internally several plain step chamfered bears, a timber camber-arched fireplace in West gable, and 'T'
plan staircase with early turned balusters.
