Farmhouse. Mid-to late C18 with eaves raised and refronted in early
C19, possibly in 2 distinct phases; minor later additions and
alterations. Red brick; slate roof. L-plan comprising main range,
with early C19 addition to rear on left. 3 storeys with moulded stone
eaves cornice. 3 windows, 16-paned glazing bar sashes with painted
stone wedge lintels to ground and first floors; reduced proportions
to second floor. Central entrance; round-headed doorway with 5-panel
door and wreathed and radiating fanlight. External end stacks. Lower
early C19 two-storey addition to rear has integral end stack.
