Originally the C18 stable block. 2 storeys in brick with rusticated stone quoins.
5 windows. Heavy rusticated entrance with triple keystone. Central round-headed
window with heavily rusticated head extends into the pediment at roof level. 4
ground floor windows altered on conversion of building.
Sewerby House, terrace balustrade and attached garden wall, archway to Sewerby
House, courtyard archway, conservatory, stable block, old laundry. Gate House and
the Lodge, No 16 form a group.
