Pair of labourers' cottages. Mid-C19 with later additions and alterations.
Uncoursed limestone rubble with overhanging eaves and verges, projecting
end stacks with paired brick shafts. 2 storeys; 3 windows (one to Sunville,
2 to Sunbank Cottage); multi-paned metal casements with Gothic glazing,
those on ground floor of 3 lights under cambered heads; entrances through
C20 doors to right in Sunville and in centre in Sunbank Cottage. Sunville
has a mid C20 2-storeyed red brick range at right angles to rear.
