Farmhouse. C17 with later additions and alterations. Pebbledash rendering concealing brick and timber framing, plain tiled roofs. Two storeys; entrance front has doorway to right, irregular scattered fenestration, C20 casements, two on first floor, three on ground floor, tall narrow window lighting staircase to left; brick dentilled eaves cornice, central brick stack, projecting end stack to right. C18 or C19 two storey gabled wing (with dairy on lower floor) at right angles to left approached by external staircase on left. Wing of two structural bays behind, one storey with dormer lit attic; C20 casements, brick stacks and a late C20 one storey extension to the front, right hand gable end (masked externally by C18/19 dairy) shows roof form of characteristic C17 type with V shaped struts above the collar.
