The property has been purchased by a West Mids brewery with a view to reopening. Refurbishment work has uncovered SERIOUS structural problems in the northern gable wall - it was completely rotten, and a new replacement frame is being built at the time of writing. There will need to be some replacement of floorboards and probably the joists too.
