Small house. Mid/late C18. Limestone and marlstone rubble with wooden lintels;
concrete plain-tile roof with brick gable stack. Single-unit plan plus garage
bay. 3 storeys and 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front of taller section has a
central doorway with segmental brick arch between 3-light casements, similar
windows at first floor and, at second floor, a 4-light leaded casement. Lower
section to right has C20 garage doors but retains a 2-light leaded casement
above. Stack, on right gable of taller section, rises from a projecting rubble
chimney. Interior not inspected.
