Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18; refronted late C19. Coursed limestone rubble,
rebuilt in late C19 to front; gabled stone slate roof; stone ridge stack. 2-unit
lobby-entry plan with cross wing to right. 2 storeys and attic; 3-window range.
Timber lintels over central C20 door with late C19 timber porch. Timber lintels
over late C19 three-light casements; three late C19 gabled roof dormers.
2-storey cross wing has timber lintels over 3-light leaded casements and late
C19 casements. Mid C19 outshut to rear. Interior not inspected but noted as
having stop-chamfered beams. C18 barn, to rear of cross wing, of similar
materials; 2 threshing floors, with plank double doors to left, and plank
winnowing door and one double-entry with plank double doors to right;
collar-truss roof with butt purlins. Outbuilding to left of front: C18, former
stable and granary; of similar materials and one-storey and loft; timber lintel
over blocked front door; left side wall has timber lintel over plank stable door
and stone steps to old plank granary door; interior has old beams and
collar-truss roof.
