Public house. Early C18 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Red
brick with burnt headers. Tiled roof. 3 bays. 2 storeys and attic.
Ground floor: central entrance, fielded panelled double doors in
projecting C20 brick porch with cornice. To left a flush frame cross
casement, small, panes, segmental head, to right a shallow canted bay
window with small pane casements. First floor outer 2 light flush frame
small pane casements, central blind opening. Plinth. Plat band. Two 2
light box dormers over outer bays. Brick kneelers to brick gable end
parapets. Internal end stacks. To left is a 1 storey red brick wing with
a projecting bay window, blocked entrance. To rear catslide roof over
continuous lean-to outshut addition with a 3 light small pane casement
in rendered wall. A small tilehung gabled wing projects to rear.
Interior not inspected. Formerly known as The Tilbury and The Three
