Farmhouse. C17 or earlier, with C19 facade to main range. Timber framed. Exposed studding with plaster infilling to cross-wing. Small blocks of coursed stone to ground floor of main range, banded plain and fishscale tiles to first floor. Two storeys. Cross-wing to left flush with main range on ground floor, jettied on first floor, and close-studded. Roof of wing hipped to front. Main range roof hipped to left. Multiple filleted brick ridge stack to left end of main range. Irregular fenestration of three three-light casements to main range and no windows (or possibly blocked windows) to wing. Boarded door in gabled stone porch beneath stack.
