C17 much altered. Originally dower house to Costessey Hall. Colour-
washed flint and brick with pantiled roof. Double E plan heightened
by one storey and completely refurbished in C19. 2-storeys with cellar.
Scattered fenestration of chamfered mullion type with leaded lights.
Front door of late Gothic type. Crow-stepped gables. 2 axial stacks
with C19 Cosseyware brick chimney pots in Gothic style. C20 extensions
to east and south. Original stacks with remodelled double fireplaces.
2 original principal beams with ogee chamfer stops. Cellar with brick
barrel vault.
