Late C19 cottage. Red brick with colourwashed gault brick dressings. 2
storeys and 2 bays with 2- and 3-light arched windows with rectangular hood-
moulds. Doorway with 4-centred arch and rectangular hood-mould; original
boarded door with moulded cover-strips. Crow stepped west gable. C20
extensions to rear. Included for group value only with No. 124.
