Farmhouse, C17. Red brick with west wall of flint and brick, rendered and
whitewashed, steeply pitched roof of corrugated pantiles. Two storeys. White-
washed west facade with two ground floor and two first floor sashes with single
vertical glazing bar; window openings widely spaced. C20 half glazed door
between ground floor openings. Two small C20 ground floor casements at north
west corner. Plain brick pilaster at south-west corner. Parapeted south gable
with internal chimney stack; blocked first floor window opening. East wall
has range of four 2-light floor casements with glazing bars. Plat band at
first floor level. Two ground floor openings blocked: one doorway and one
window opening with segmental heads. Central axial chimney stack. North gable
with tall coped parapet, partly rebuilt. Rebuilt internal chimney stack.
At the base of the gable wall, two staged diagonal brick buttresses, much
eroded, extending to first floor level. Gable base has moulded brick eaves
oversailing and brick finials.
