Here lyethe buryed Edmund Fetyplace Esquyer Margaret his wyffe whiche Edmund departed this present lyfe the first day of Apryll in the yere of lord God m ccccc xl on these soulles and all crysten soulles Jhu have mercy Amen

Shields are, right, Fettiplace 1 & 4 (gules two cheverons argent) quartering 2 & 3 quartered arms of Bessels (argent three roundels gules) & Leigh (sable a leopard passant argent crowned or). The left hand one is the same but impaling the quartered arms of sixteen for Mordaunt of Turvey (argent a cheveron between three stars sable)
