Two townhouses. Probably mid C18. Rendered plinth; red brick with flared headers
in Flemish bond; slate hipped roof; brick end stack to left. 3-storey and
basement; 5-window range. 6-panel part-glazed door to left, approached by stone
steps with wrought-iron railings. Door has recessed surround with rubbed-brick
round-arched head having keystone and rendered tympanum. 6-panel door to right
of centre, approached by stone steps with wrought-iron railings. Door has
recessed surround with rubbed-brick round-arched head having keystone and
rendered tympanum. 2-light casements to basement centre and right having
segmental brick heads and wrought-iron railings. 16-pane unhorned sashes with
brick flat arches to ground and first floors. 2-light casements with glazing
bars to second floor. Interiors not inspected.
