The Manse
II
House. c1800, with C20 alterations. Ashlar and coursed rubble
coal measures sandstone, with shallow plain plinth, advanced
quoins, hipped roof with concrete tiles, and ashlar gable
stacks. Two storeys, three bays, with central doorway, and
classical doorcase with broken pediment, and semi-circular
fanlight with radiating glazing bars. C20 six-panel door.
Flanking the doorway are C20 glazing bar windows with top-hung
lights, within projecting stone frames.
