Farmhouse. Mid C18 with early C19 extension and C20 alterations.
Red brick. Pantile roof. Single ridge and right gable red brick
stacks. Tumbled brickwork to right gable. Raised, brick coped
gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves to the left 2 C19 bays. The
right c !8 bays are set on plinth and have a first floor band.
2 storeys, 4 bays. Doorway with panelled door and glazing bar
over light. To the right is a single glazing bar casement and to
the left a single glazing bar fixed light under segmental arch.
Above are 3 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes, that on the right being
slightly smaller. Projecting from the left is a 2 storey red
brick C19 and C20 wing with flat roof and single red brick stack.
Having in the side/east wall a doorway with plank door under a
segmental arch and to the left 2 C20 casements. Above are 2 C20
casements. Projecting from the end wall of this is a C19 brick
and pantile lean-to with doorway with plank door in the side
wall. Attached to the right is a barn, of no special interest.
Interior has many beams including a chamfered beam with stops in
the room to the right of the doorway.
