Farmhouse, barn, now partly incorporated into house,and gingang. C18 core;
extended and barn built early C19; alterations early - mid C19. Random rubble
with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof. L-shaped. House 2 storeys, 4 bays
with doorway in mid-C19 porch in second bay; it has chamfered surround and '
segmental head. Windows are 16-pane sashes in stop-chamfered surrounds. Outshut
to rear with mainly C19 windows including Yorkshire sashes. Barn was originally
free-standing and only joined to house in mid C19 when 2 doors with stop-chamfered
surrounds were added. Gabled roof. The house has flat coping and kneelers.
Attached to rear of barn is circular gingang with square stone piers.

Interior of house has 2-panelled door in ground floor front room, 2-leaf doors,
internal shutters and old beams.
