Rectory. c.1818 by H.H. Seward for the Commissioners of Greenwich Hospital.
Ashlar with graduated Lakeland slate roof. Basement and 2 storeys plus
attics, 3 bays with single-storey lean-to on right return. 6 steps with
iron side rails up to central stone porch which has flush-panelled door.
On ground floor tripartite sash windows in broad chamfered surrounds. On
1st floor shorter 9-pane sashes in similar surrounds. Concave cornice.
Gabled roof with raised and ridged coping; corniced end stacks.

Interior has staircase with ramped handrail and stick balusters; 6-panel
doors and shutters.
