of High Loxley House

GV II

Barn. C17. Timber framed on sandstone rubble and brick plinth with weatherboard
cladding above. Weatherboard cladding and plain tiled hipped roof with gablets
and extending in catslide to right end. Five framed bays with central opposing
entrances and remains of threshing platform. Braced wall posts to Queen strut
roof with through-purlins. One of an unspoilt farm group.
